P0004 states that the PCM at one point had commanded the HPFP's Regulator to maximum and it remained there. Approximately 150 bar or just a little over 2300 psi +/-. You reset the regulator when you disconnected it from the PCM. Now this could be a sign that either the pump or internal regulator is failing.

I don't recommend driving it if oil pressure light stays on. Timing belt are around 100k and these wet belts deteriorate rubber into the oil pickup. Done frequent oil changes and Ford approved 5w20 oil? Get someone to drop the sump and check the oil pump belt and timing belt. Hopefully the engine can be saved and just new belts and pumps.

Vacuum to the servo is created by an camshaft driven pump, it's on the right side of the head (as you look under the bonnet) If this has failed you won't get any assistance but things like the turbo actuator won't operate correctly as well

I've not had much to do with the 2.0, but have tested and failed the actuator vacuum solenoid on a couple occasions. The 1.0 suffers with P132B and tends to be a failed one way valve in the vac pump, but I'm unsure (without looking) if the 2.0 has a similar vac' layout or not.
It goes from the vacuum pump (on the driver side of the engine), snakes around to the back of the block/intake manifold area with some hard lines and then comes up front to the turbo. If it still appears attached on the turbo, unplug it with the car idling and see if it's pulling vacuum.
